LDM, PhD
Lisa-Dionne Morris, PhD, is the visionary leader behind BFAN. As a passionate advocate for education and equity, she founded BFAN to address the unique challenges faced by black academic females. With a strong commitment to mentorship and empowerment, LDM is dedicated to providing a platform where black academic females can thrive academically and professionally. Her vision drives BFAN's mission to cultivate a supportive community and equip black academic females with the tools to excel in the academic world and beyond.
